Alan Ashby is a trained, accredited and qualified NABERS Assessor, able to carry out assessments for commercial offices, hotels, shopping centres and office tenancies throughout Australia. AA Energy Consulting is also accredited to carry out Tenancy Lighting Assessments and apply for Building Energy Efficiency Certificates (BEEC's) for commercial offices in all Australian locations.

Alan is a fully qualified Chartered Engineer, specialising in Energy Engineering. Alan’s role as a Chartered Engineer and his previous experience working as an Energy Engineer guarantees thorough knowledge and understanding of his field. As an Energy Engineer, Alan has more experience at highlighting exactly why buildings are not performing than most other assessors and AA Energy Consulting has been created specifically for this purpose.

AA Energy Consulting is fully accredited to carry out NABERS Assessments and Building Energy Efficiency Certificates (BEEC's) in commercial properties & tenancies. In addition, we are also available to carry out NABERS Energy & Water assessments, Tenancy Lighting Assessments (TLA's) and BEEC submissions & Exemptions throughout the whole of Australia. As an experienced assessor, AA Energy knows what information is required and will work with your Property team to ensure that the rating is completed within the timeframe required by the client.
